Practice the 80/20 Rule

If you're consistent with your nutrition and training 80% of the time, the other 20% won't significantly impact your results. This sustainable approach prevents the all-or-nothing mentality that leads to giving up.

Recover Effectively

If you do overindulge, don't punish yourself with extreme restriction or excessive exercise. Instead, focus on hydration, protein intake, and getting back to your regular routine with your next meal or workout.
